If you need to cancel your order, please email us at sugarflourbaked@gmail.com 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery to receive a full refund.

As all of our cookies are baked fresh to order early in the morning, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made on the day of pick-up or delivery.
